College: Frank used a red-shirt in 2010 to acclimate to the college game.

High School: Quartucci has worked himself into a very good offensive lineman on the high school level. He made a name for himself after competing quite well at many off-season events and even winning the Offensive Lineman MVP at the BigTime Showcase. He is a leader and Captain for his Hamilton West squad.

Frank is a good technical offensive lineman. He plays with good hand placement, solid technique and a good pad level.

He needs to improve his strength, flexibility and foot speed.
