College: Natale is the back-up quarterback for Rutgers and also maintains a strong leadership role amongst the players.

High School: Natale threw for over 2,500 yards and 34 touchdowns in 2 seasons at the Hun School. He was a Prep Football Report All-America selection who originally selected to attend Michigan St. and later transfered to Rutgers.
