College: After contributiing to the Scarlet Knights from the wide receiver position as an occasional member of the 2-deep in 2009, was move to the defensive side in 2010. Looks to earn playing time in a deep secondary in 2011.

High School: Cooper was a 2-time All-State Selection by both the CHSCA and the Hartford Courant.
